A resources ecosystem for digital and heritage-led holistic knowledge in rural regeneration

This paper presents a digital resources ecosystem prototype of integrated tools and to support heritage-led regeneration rural regions, thanks deeper understanding the complexity cultural natural landscapes throughout their historical current development. The is conceived as distributed software platform establishing data open standards for management information, aimed at providing different services applications address needs various end-users identified. has been realised in framework Horizon 2020 research project, with view building set holistic knowledge about regions heritage making it available long-lasting territorial processes change. It product multidisciplinary collaboration amongst heritage, humanities ICTs experts, combines methodologies from range approaches together customisation effective tools. designed deployment also cloud systems compliant Infrastructure-as-a-Service paradigm.
